Tony Furman is co-founder and President of the Interstate Capital Corp. group of companies, founded in 1993. Interstate Capital is a New Mexico-based accounts receivable factoring company with affiliate offices throughout the United States. Interstate Capital purchases nearly $1 billion USD of invoices per year from thousands of clients located throughout North America.
Mr. Furman’s career includes over 30 years of banking, M & A, commercial lending, credit administration, and supply chain finance experience.
Mr. Furman is a 1982 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business and subsequently attended graduate business school at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a frequent speaker on business and finance issues, contributor of numerous articles in industry journals, and has been featured in a variety of publications.
Ernest Eisenberg President and Chief Operating Officer
Ernest Eisenberg serves as Vice President of BidPay®’s parent company, Interstate Capital, and its corporate parent company, American Finance & Investment Co., Inc. (AFIC), founded in 1946. At Interstate Capital and AFIC, Mr. Eisenberg oversees financial analysis, real estate investment, and accounting.
Before joining BidPay®, Mr. Eisenberg served as Vice President of Greenblum Investment Partners, Inc., an Austin, Texas-based real estate investment and management firm, and served in the capacity of CFO for all related entities and various investments. In his role as President and Chief Operating Officer of BidPay®, Eisenberg oversees R & D, finance, and strategic planning. Mr. Eisenberg graduated from The University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business with highest honors.
Cindy Graff-Cohen Director of Communications and Executive Assistant to the CEO
Cindy Graff-Cohen is a marketing specialist and writer with eleven years in marketing and sales and twenty years in journalism and publications management. At Houghton Mifflin’s college textbook division, she won top awards as both a sales representative and national marketing manager for Houghton’s extensive college English composition and literature list.
Ms. Cohen has served as editor of a national newspaper on art and antiques as well as local newspapers in Maine and Texas and has written for numerous magazines, newspapers and newsletters. She earned her bachelor’s degree and a master’s of education from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in English from the University of Alabama.
